What is included in disposal?
A van with one driver/helper for driving and help with loading and unloading. You can select extra helpers. Please describe all materials, quantities, heavy items and equipment needed.
Your selected working time starts at the pickup address and ends after disposal. Travel to and from the job is confirmed separately before booking.
Disposal fees are not included in the displayed price. You pay the actual fees at cost, against the receipt, with no markup.

CHF 51 per worker per hour, plus CHF 42.50 per van hour if needed. Minimum 2 hours, then 30-minute increments. Two workers and a van for two hours cost CHF 289 in labour and vehicle time. Travel and other items are confirmed beforehand.
Is my request a confirmed booking?
No. We check availability, scope and access, then confirm the date and complete quote. Payment is by bank transfer after booking confirmation.
What does an apartment clearance in Zürich cost?
It depends on size, volume of material and access. Send us a few photos of the rooms over WhatsApp — you'll get a non-binding quote, usually within a short time.
Do I have to wait for a site visit to get a quote?
Usually not. For most jobs your photos plus a few details about access — floor, lift, parking — are enough. We only suggest a visit when the property is very large or hard to judge.
Will you collect just a single piece of furniture?
Yes. A single piece of furniture or an appliance is a normal job for us. Just send a photo and a few details.
Will you clear just a single cellar?
Yes. A single cellar compartment or attic room is a normal job for us — just like a whole apartment.
Do you handle estate clearances?
Yes. We handle keepsakes carefully, set aside documents and valuables, and show them to you before anything is disposed of.
What happens to usable furniture?
Anything still of value is passed on or resold where possible, rather than thrown away.
