It depends on size, volume of material and access. Send us a few photos of the rooms over WhatsApp — in most cases you'll have the written fixed price the same day. For very large properties we visit first, free of charge.
No. For most jobs we quote from your photos plus a few details about access — floor, lift, parking. We only suggest a visit when the property is very large or hard to judge, and it's free and without obligation.
Yes. A single cellar compartment or attic room is a normal job for us. That's exactly what the photo route is for: send two or three pictures and you have the price without anyone having to come round.
Clearance dates are available within a few days depending on scope, and sooner in urgent cases. A site visit, if one is needed, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes. We handle keepsakes carefully, set aside documents and valuables, and show them to you before anything is disposed of.
Anything still of value is passed on or resold rather than thrown away. That lowers disposal costs, and we credit it back in your quote.
Yes, with our final cleaning and its handover guarantee. If the manager objects to anything, we come back and fix it free of charge.
Yes. We carry liability insurance and are properly registered. If something does get damaged, it's covered.
