Ensure you are authorised to commission the work. Secure documents, keepsakes and valuables first. If relatives want particular items, mark them and arrange collection before clearance.

How much does it cost?

A floor plan or room count alone is not enough for a reliable quote. Contents, dismantling, access and the number of trips determine the work. For larger or cluttered flats, we discuss whether more photos, a video or a site visit are needed.

What happens to the items?

Unwanted contents are disposed of according to material and facility requirements. Actual disposal fees are added against receipts. Deliveries to relatives or an agreed recipient for reusable furniture can be discussed separately. Buying items or crediting their value is not automatically part of clearance.

We handle apartment clearances in Zurich and the canton of Zurich. Work outside the region can be assessed anywhere in Switzerland by arrangement. Distance, access and timing are included in the quote discussion.

Common questions

Can you clear an apartment after a bereavement?

Yes, by arrangement. We follow the scope agreed with the authorised person. Personal documents and keepsakes should be secured first.

Is a landlord handover guarantee included?

No. Broom-clean clearance and thorough end-of-tenancy cleaning are different services. We discuss the property manager's requirements and any extra cleaning in advance.

Can the cellar and attic be included?

Yes. Send photos of those areas so we can include them in the quote.
