Confirm which items belong to your compartment. Mark anything to keep and arrange access and keys. Describe narrow doors, steep stairs, low ceilings, dampness or other difficult conditions.

How much does it cost?

Contents and carrying distance determine the work. A figure such as ‘4 m³’ describes volume, not working time. We need overview photos plus floor, lift and parking details for a quote. We estimate the team and duration from those details.

After confirming the booking we remove the agreed contents and leave the compartment broom-clean.

What happens to the items?

Wood, metal and other materials are separated according to facility requirements. Actual disposal fees are added against receipts and depend on material, weight and the facility. Unknown liquids, chemicals and special waste must be reported in advance.

Zurich and surrounding areas

We clear cellars and attics in Zurich and the canton, including Dübendorf, Wallisellen, Kloten, Schlieren and Winterthur. Other Swiss locations are assessed by arrangement. Any travel charges are agreed before the job.

Common questions

Is a cubic-metre estimate enough for a quote?

It is a useful starting point. We also need the actual contents and access to estimate time. Photos or a video provide a better overview.

Can one helper do the job alone?

This may be possible for manageable items and suitable access. Heavy or bulky pieces may require a second helper. We assess this from the photos.

Will my cellar be cleaned?

The cleared compartment is left broom-clean. Thorough cleaning of shelves or floors can be agreed separately.
