How much does it cost?

The work depends on the quantity, access, dismantling and number of trips. Photos help us select the team. An hourly calculation is an estimate; we agree the specific scope before booking.

On the confirmed date we clear the agreed area, remove the contents and leave it broom-clean.

What happens to the items?

Waste is separated by material and the receiving facility's requirements. Disposal fees are passed on at actual cost against receipts. Reusable furniture can be delivered elsewhere by prior agreement; acceptance by a second-hand shop is not guaranteed.

Zurich and surrounding areas

We clear properties across Zurich city, including Oerlikon, Altstetten, Wiedikon and Seefeld, and the canton of Zurich. Work elsewhere in Switzerland is available by arrangement. Travel routes and any travel charges are agreed in the quote.

Common questions

Can you clear just one room?

Yes. Tell us which area and send photos. The minimum booking is two hours; combining small collections may be useful.

Is cleaning included?

Clearance includes the agreed broom-clean finish. Thorough cleaning is a separate service we can quote for on request.

Can I book at short notice?

We check your preferred date against availability. The job is only booked once we confirm it.
